    Ingredients 1 large onion, cut into quarters 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into medium cubes 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into large cubes 25 gr. butter Water to cover 1 Tbsp. coarse salt ½ tsp. turmeric powder 1 tsp. chicken flavored broth powder (optional) Preparation Place all ingredients in a pot.     Apple Crumble

    5 minutes work, 20 minutes in the oven – sheer heaven! Ingredients For the Dough: 125 gr. Tami All-Purpose GF flour (or plain flour) 50 gr. GF rolled oats (or regular rolled oats) 75 gr. butter 50 gr. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon For the Filling: 6 Granny-Smith apples, peeled and sliced 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 Tbsp. Demerara sugar Preparation Preheat your oven to 440F/220C. Mix all dough ingredients in a small bowl using your fingers until crumbs form. Mix filling ingredients and put in small oven-proof dish.     Ingredients per cup (double as needed) 240 ml. (1 cup) milk (can be substituted for goat’s-milk/soy/coconut/almond milk, per your personal preference) 20 gr. cornstarch 30 gr. sugar optional: 2-3 drops of rose water cinnamon and nuts to sprinkle Preparation Mix all ingredients in a small pot and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until thickens to desired level (if you don’t stir, lumps will form and the bottom may burn). Pour into cup(s), sprinkle cinnamon and nuts, and serve.

    This is 3 minutes of work, 30 minutes in your ice cream maker, and then (at least) an hour in the freezer. Ingredients 500 ml. heavy cream (or dairy-free/Pareve substitute)300 ml.     Dijon Chicken

    Ingredients 6-8 chicken thighs with skin, on bone 4 Tbsp dark brown sugar 2 tsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp Kosher salt 2 allspice kernels 2 bay leaves Preparation Preheat oven to 170°C/350°F/Gas mark 4. Clean excess skin and fat off chicken. Rinse chicken thoroughly and dry with paper towel. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, so that chicken is completely covered. Arrange chicken thighs closely in oven-proof dish. Roast for approximately 1½ hours until skin is crisp.
