Tagmish Gluten-Free flour (or plain flour, if you don&#8217;t need a GF version)<br \/>\n10 gr. dry yeast<br \/>\n\u00bd cup sugar<br \/>\n80 gr. melted butter<br \/>\n420 ml. warm milk (375 ml. if you&#8217;re not making the GF version). You may substitute for Soy\/Rice\/Tapioca milk (etc.) for a dairy-free\/Parve version<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. real vanilla extract<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp. salt<br \/>\nVegetable oil for oiling the pan and brushing before baking<br \/>\nFruit jam or another filling<br \/>\nPowdered sugar to sift on top<br \/>\n30 gr. melted butter for brushing after baking<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>In your stand-mixer bowl, with a kneading hook (medium speed), place flour, yeast and sugar and mix.<br \/>\nCombine milk, vanilla extract and butter and drizzle into dry ingredients.<br \/>\nAdd egg and continue kneading until fully incorporated.<br \/>\nAdd salt and continue kneading for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nTransfer dough to lightly-oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubles in size.<br \/>\nLightly oil a silicone half circle mold, and place inside a baking pan.<br \/>\nWith lightly-oiled hands, form uniform medium-sized balls from the dough.<br \/>\nFlatten each ball in
