(2 pounds) beef shoulder roast, cubed or Ossobuco<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. olive oil<br \/>\n2 large onions, sliced into semi-circles<br \/>\n7-8 garlic cloves, crushed<br \/>\n250 gr. fresh mushrooms (Champignon, Portabella, or a mixture), halved<br \/>\n\u00bc cup Teriyake sauce<br \/>\n\u00bc cup Balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or silan &#8211; date honey)<br \/>\nWarm water<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to season<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>In a pressure cooker, brown beef in olive oil on all sides.<br \/>\nRemove the beef from the pot.<br \/>\nAdd the onion and saut\u00e9 until translucent, while lightly scraping bottom of pot.<br \/>\nAdd crushed garlic and lightly saut\u00e9.<br \/>\nReturn browned beef with juices to pot and stir.<br \/>\nAdd the mushrooms and stir.<br \/>\nAdd Teriyake sauce, Balsamic vinegar, sugar and pepper, and warm water to cover the beef up to \u00bd its height.<br \/>\nClose the pressure cooker and leave the valve open.<br \/>\nBring to a boil until steam comes out of the valve, then close the valve.<br \/>\nContinue on high heat until steam comes out again.<br \/>\nMove to low heat and cook for 1 hour.<br \/>\n<u><strong>If you don&#8217;t have a pressure cooker<\/strong><\/u>: cover pot with lid and bring to a boil.<br \/>\nMove to low heat and cook for 2 hours, stirring once in a while.<br \/>\nWhen ready, season with salt to taste.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-background-color\">\n\t\t\t  <div \n\t\t\t  \tclass = \"fb-comments\" \n\t\t\t  \tdata-href = \"https:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/?p=1367&#038;lang=en\"\n\t\t\t  \tdata-numposts = \"10\"\n\t\t\t  \tdata-lazy = \"true\"\n\t\t\t\tdata-colorscheme = \"dark\"\n\t\t\t\tdata-order-by = \"reverse_time\"\n\t\t\t\tdata-mobile=true>\n\t\t\t  <\/div><\/div>\n\t\t  <style>\n\t\t    .fb-background-color {\n\t\t\t\tbackground: #ffffff !important;\n\t\t\t}\n\t\t\t.fb_iframe_widget_fluid_desktop iframe {\n\t\t\t    width: 100% !important;\n\t\t\t}\n\t\t  <\/style>\n\t\t  ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 1 kg.
