It is somewhere between soup and stew, and can be eaten on its own or over <a href=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/?p=471&#038;lang=en\" title=\"couscous\">couscous<\/a>. It can be prepared in a pressure cooker (recommended) or a regular pot. I recommend preparing it a day in advance, as it thickens and improves in flavors<\/p>\n<p><div align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013-12-15-19.22.59.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013-12-15-19.22.59-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"2013-12-15 19.22.59\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1374\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>\u2153 cup vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 large onion<br \/>\n6 garlic cloves<br \/>\n\u00bd kg. (1 pound) beef breast, cubed or Ossobuco (optional &#8211; skip for a vegetarian\/vegan option)<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. flour\/Tami flour (GF option)<br \/>\n100 gr. tomato paste<br \/>\n\u00bd kg.
