(~1\u00be cups) Tagmish GF Flour Mix (you can try Schar Mix B if you can&#8217;t get Tagmish)<br \/>\n12 gr. (~1\u00bc Tbsp.) dry yeast (this is no mistake!)<br \/>\n1 tsp. sugar<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. salt<br \/>\n3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n210 ml. warm water<\/p>\n<p>200-250 gr. grated cheese (Braided Mozzarella or any hard cheese you like that melts well)<br \/>\nToppings<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>In your stand-mixer bowl, using the kneading attachment, mix all dry ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar and salt).<br \/>\nAdd water and olive oil, and mix on medium-speed for approx. 5 minutes.<br \/>\nOil a dry bowl and place dough in it, turning so that it is covered in oil.<br \/>\nCover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rise until it doubles (usually up to 1 hour).<br \/>\nMeanwhile, prepare your favorite pizza sauce (or you can buy one, or just make <a href=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/?p=839&#038;lang=en\" title=\"My Pizza Sauce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">My Sauce<\/a> &#8211;
