I finally got around to trying to make a GF version of it a few days ago. Having just gone back to work and working around a new baby, I copied it wrong, but the result was oh-so-right&#8230; So there you have it &#8211; my GF version of Gozleme&#8230; Now a staple in my kitchen (mandated by my eldest).<\/p>\n<p><div align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015-01-21-19.16.41.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015-01-21-19.16.41-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"2015-01-21 19.16.41\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015-01-21-19.16.41-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015-01-21-19.16.41-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015-01-21-19.16.41-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015-01-21-19.16.41.jpg 1936w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>250 gr. Tami flour<br \/>\n100 ml. thick yogurt (I use Sheeps&#8217; milk yogurt)<br \/>\n\u00be Tbsp. dry yeast<br \/>\n\u00bd Tbsp. sugar<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. salt<br \/>\n25 gr. vegetable oil<br \/>\n\u00be cup water<br \/>\nDesired Filling &#8211; the options are endless, but I&#8217;ll suggest a couple of savory ones, and a couple of sweet ones:<br \/>\n<b>Savory<\/b><br \/>\nCheese: 50 gr. feta, 150 gr. hard cheese of your choosing.<br \/>\nYam: 1 medium-sized yam, cooked and mashed &#8211; add 100 gr. Kashkaval and season with salt and nutmeg.<br \/>\n<b>Sweet<\/b><br \/>\nChocolate: 50 gr. melted butter, 1 tsp. cocoa powder, 2 Tbsp. sugar &#8211; mix and let set for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nCinnamon-Banana: mix \u00bc cup sugar, \u00bc cup Demerara sugar, and \u00bd Tbsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle over half a circle.
