(\u00bc cup) brown sugar<br \/>\n150 gr. (\u00be cup) white sugar<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n2 tsp. vanilla extract (or seeds from 1 vanilla pod)<br \/>\n280 gr. (2 cups) Tami GF flour (or plain flour)<br \/>\n1 bag (2 tsp.) baking powder<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. cinnamon<br \/>\n1 cup chopped unroasted pecans<br \/>\n<b>Sugar Coating:<\/b><br \/>\n50 gr.
