So instead of frying and cooking in tomato sauce with string beans, I stuffed artichoke hearts and baked them in a lemony-turmeric sauce, and if I may say so myself: Yum!<\/p>\n<p><div align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013-05-30-13.50.44.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-808\" alt=\"2013-05-30 13.50.44\" src=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013-05-30-13.50.44-300x224.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013-05-30-13.50.44-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013-05-30-13.50.44-1024x764.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>1 package frozen artichoke hearts<br \/>\n<b>For the meatballs:<\/b><br \/>\n\u00bd  kg (~1 pound) ground beef or turkey (red)<br \/>\n1 medium-sized onion (or \u00bd  of a large one)<br \/>\n1 cup of parsley leaves<br \/>\n2 large eggs (room temperature)<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp breadcrumbs (I use Tami Gluten-free flour)Salt to taste (~\u00bd-1 tbsp)<br \/>\n<b>For the sauce:<\/b><br \/>\n\u00bd cup water<br \/>\nJuice from one lemon (about \u00bd cup)<br \/>\n1 tsp. vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 tsp.
