(~1 pound) Salmon fillet, cut into 2cm\/1&#8243; cubes<br \/>\n2-3 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 tsp ground ginger root (or 2 cubes frozen ginger, if you&#8217;re lazy like me)<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp dark brown sugar<br \/>\n(optional) wooden skewers<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 220C\/390F.<br \/>\nMix all ingredients other than the salmon in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p><div align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/2013\/01\/22\/salmon_cubes_heb\/salmon_cubes\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-212\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-212\" alt=\"soy cubes marinated in garlic, soy, dark brown sugar and ginger\" src=\"http:\/\/rosezkitchen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/salmon_cubes.jpg\" width=\"275\" height=\"206\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Add the salmon to the marinade and mix well so that it is fully covered in sauce.<br \/>\nIf you are using the wooden skewers, place 3 cubes on each skewer.<br \/>\nPlace over a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Nice rice-serving tip: take a small cup or bowl that is straight-sided (same width from top to bottom). Fill with cooked rice and pack it in.
