Yeast

1 bag instant yeast (50 gr.) = 1 cube fresh yeast (50 gr.) = 2 Tbsp dry yeast (17 gr.)

Self-rising flour

1 cup flour + 1 tsp baking powder

Eggs

For cakes, cookies and sweets:: 1 egg = 60 gr. unsweetened apple sauce
For breads and dense chocolate cakes: 1 egg = 3 Tbsp water + 1 Tbsp freshly-ground flax seeds
