Ingredients
300 gr. unsweetened applesauce
200 gr. (1 cup) sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
140 gr. (1 cup) flour (or Tami all-purpose GF flour)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup shredded coconut flakes
Small Loaf Tin
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 190C/380F.
Whisk sugar, applesauce and oil in a bowl.
Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix until combined.
Add coconut flakes and fold into mixture.
Pour into an oiled loaf tin and bake for 45-50 minutes.
